We enjoyed a spacious sea view room with nice breakfasts. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The all-inclusive experience was relaxing with good food and a quiet atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money!

The location of this hotel was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of town. We enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, especially with the beautiful view of the sea from the pool. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was simply wonderful, offering a variety of delicious options. Plus, being right on the beach was a definite bonus.

We did notice that some of the furniture in the rooms, particularly the couches, were worn and could use replacement.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the beach with stunning views from most rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Being close to the ferry to a nearby island was a bonus. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available 24/7. The rooms were well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a delicious buffet breakfast and the staff were friendly and attentive. The leisure facilities, such as the spa, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, were a great way to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception added to the convenience of our stay.

The staff at the resort were phenomenal, always greeting us with a smile and providing excellent customer service. the employees went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. the food at the resort was also amazing, with incredible flavors and a variety of options to choose from. We especially loved the fajitas and the margaritas made by the bartender Abimael were the best we've had in Mexico.

There were a few downsides to our stay. One issue we encountered was with the maintenance of the rooms.

The staff were so warm and friendly, always ready to help with anything you needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the restaurant, it had a great selection of delicious food. this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable experience that I would definitely recommend to everyone.
